Support Technician - Automated Banking Machines (ABM)

Are you customer service focused, enjoy working with technical equipment, and feel a sense of pride when accomplishing a project from start to finish? If so, then our current opening for an ABM Support Technician might be right for you.

As a member of our Operations Team, the ABM Support Technician is responsible for the preparation of the ABMs, including configuration and testing, as well as coordinating transportation, installation and removal of the units. This position is also responsible for providing technical support and training to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience installing and servicing technical equipment, a related post-secondary education, proven customer service skills, proficiency using computers and the ability to troubleshoot networking issues. Industry knowledge and general warehouse practices would be ideal. A vehicle along with a valid Class G driver's license and a clean driver's abstract are essential to your role. Travel within the GTA will be required.
